Macros + Miles started with a simple frustration: I was tracking runs in one app, macros in another, sleep in a third, and stitching it together in a spreadsheet on Sundays. The training was good. The picture was fragmented.
This site puts the workout and the meal log side by side, day by day. No social feed. No streaks. Just the numbers that move the race result.

Accessibility statement
Macros + Miles is built to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Every page is keyboard navigable, every interactive element has a visible focus state, color contrast meets AA, charts and visualizations carry text equivalents, and motion respects the prefers-reduced-motion setting.
We deliberately avoid scroll-triggered "pop-in" effects so content is available immediately and to assistive technologies without waiting on intersection observers. Above-the-fold imagery and fonts are preloaded.
